Below, we prepared some general information and suggestions:
- The Conference will take place on the Zoom platform; make sure you have installed the most up-to-date version of the program.
- A good internet connection is essential! Check, in advance, if your connection is strong and stable; if possible, use cable connection and turn off the Wi-Fi.
- Use a desktop or laptop computer; tablets or cell phones/mobiles are less user-friendly in Zoom features: to turn on or off both either the micro or the camera, you only can see a reduced number of participants per screen, which makes interaction difficult.
- Use your real name while entering in the Conference ZOOM sessions, to avoid security and safety problems.
- The Conference organization prepared a tutorial with basic Zoom tips for participants (click here: https://7thsociodramaconference.weebly.com/info-participants.html
- This is an active conference! There will be times when you will have to get up and move, please be aware of this and wear some convenient and comfortable clothing.
- Try to be in a space where you can move without constraints and may not have interruptions.
- Have close to you some liquid refreshments, juices and snacks, something to take notes, blank sheets, bold colored markers, tissues, etc.; if you have, keep some hats, scarves, colored cloths at hand - they may be useful for you.
- We ask that you enter each session 10 minutes in advance. We appeal to everyone's strict punctuality!
- The maximum number of participants per workshop will be of 30. The filling of vacancies follows the order of registrations in the sessions.
- You will receive the link of each session where you will participate the day before.
